Mary
Baxter |
|

The native Texan
artist has a working knowledge of the West Texas desert country,
as she moved there to be part of a cattle ranch operation. She
specializes in landscapes that capture the subtle beauty of
the high country that is home to Big Bend National Park.

Wayne
Baize |
|
|
Wayne Baize has
been a professional western artist for over 30 years and was
elected for membership into the Cowboy Artists of America in
1995. His subject matter is the contemporary working cowboy.
He also enjoys painting mares and colts, cows and calves and
other animals a rancher raises. Most of his work is done in
oil paintings, but he also does pencil and pens and ink. His
pencil drawing won the silver award for drawing in the 1997
CA Exhibition.

Carol Fairlie |

Ms. Fairlie is an Associate
Professor of Art at Sul Ross State University where she teaches
watercolor, oil painting, drawing, figure drawing, and printmaking.
She studied painting for four years at the Pennsylvania Academy
of Fine Arts, received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from Texas
Woman's University and her Master's of Fine Arts at the School
of Visual Arts / University of North Texas.

Hugh Campbell |

Hugh Campbell III of
San Angelo, Texas paints West Texas ranch genre. Choosing mediums
of pastels, oils, and bronzes Campbell depicts cowboys, Hereford
cattle, quarter horses, Angora goats and sheep, cactus flowers,
and hill country homes and landscapes.
