  Artists whose work represents the culture, heritage and beauty of the Texas Mountain region are encouraged to show and sell their work as part of the Texas Mountain Art Show. AdventGX will retain 10% commission to cover the promotional and show cost.
   




The Texas Mountain Art Seminar, Show, and Sale would like to invite artists to display and sell their pieces. If you would like to have your artwork on display and for sale please fill out the following forms:

Registration Form - It is not required of artists to attend the Texas Mountain Art Seminar in order to display and sell artwork at the event, however it is encouraged. To fill out the registration form for both or either please click here. *Artist must fill out this form to have their artwork on display.

Consignment Agreement - Please print, sign and fax completed form to 815.377.6029.
W- 9 Form - Please print, sign and fax completed form to 815.377.6029.

Note: All forms must be completed, signed and returned to AdventGX by no later than Monday, November 11, 2005.


The Texas Mountain Art Seminar, Show and Sale will sell artwork via cash, check or credit card. After the show and sale Texas Mountain Art will send you a check for the proceeds of the artwork sold less 10% consignment fees.

It is the responsibility of the artist to make arrangements for picking up remaining unsold artwork. Texas Mountain Art Seminar, Show and Sale will FedEx remaining artwork to artist at the cost of the artist on the condition that the artist has made those arrangement prior to the Show and Sale.
